"THANKS FOR 1 MILLION FOLLOWERS!" she captioned a screenshot of her lip kits' account. "I've been dreaming and working on this for two entire years and the experience has been even better than I imagined! Thank you thank you thank you! @lipkitbykylie."

Meanwhile, proud mum Kris Jenner also took to social media to post a congratulatory message for her daughter, celebrating her success. "Wow!!!" she wrote, also opting for a screenshot of the lip kit account. "Congrats on 1 million followers @lipkitbykylie!!! @kyliejenner #proudmama #lipkitbykyle."

There's no doubt that Kylie, who boasts 48.8 million Instagram followers herself, has firmly established herself as a force to be reckoned with when it comes to hair and make-up. The reality TV star continually wows her fans with her effortlessly cool and edgy looks, sharing her tips and tricks on her eponymous app.

Renowned for her world-famous pout, Kylie caused a stir when she debuted a range of lipsticks for fans to recreate her look. The venture was clearly a success, with the kits selling out in under a minute. Despite a restock of the product just a few days later, many fans were left disappointed when the kits once again sold out in seconds.
